With more than twenty five plus years experience in the cosmetic and retail industry, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of the prestige market both domestically and internationally.
Her creativity and passion lead her to create Lantz-A-Lot, Inc., a brand management company which has enjoyed being a key factor behind many successful beauty brands.
Tonya Giver-Herrmann, Vice President | Brand Development
Accomplished in the arts of education, sales, branding, and retail marketing, she has more than twenty years experience in an award winning career. She has focused her expertise in consumer behavior and the psychology of marketing, enhancing her effectiveness in understanding and motivating consumer triggers to create successful destination brands rich with trend and impulse drivers, education platforms, sales achievement strategies and unique retail marketing opportunities.

Dedicated to the strategic management of company-wide operations and logistics, their extensive experience in process/work-force planning, organizational behavior, people, structure and systems has made them an invaluable part of the success of Lantz-A-Lot, Inc. They act seamlessly as a resource for the field and for the company, providing key analysis in terms of retail sales and time/resource allocations. A key part of all new client integration as well as on going client and field development, they work closely to coordinate operations with marketing, education and every aspect of brand development.
Nadia Yousif, Special Projects
Focusing on specific key Client initiatives, special projects encompass brand management, creative marketing and strategic distribution. Her multi-faceted experience and background includes both international marketing and domestic brand management.
Field Support Structure
Each position within the Lantz-A-Lot field structure is focused on successful brand growth by developing strong business relationships, implementing effective multi-tier education formats, conducting successful event strategies that all focus on retail sell thru as the benchmark for success with their ability to develop a solid impact on both sales and education.
Our current team is a combination of both full time and part time positions with all key major markets represented in the United States.
